Our Policies

Lateness 

We strongly encourage our guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location.  Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.

Consultations

We do a combo of over-the-phone consult and day of.  There is NO need for an in-person consult unless you have previous permanent makeup. In this case, we would need clear photos to determine if you are a good candidate.

Booking & Cancellations

We work by appointment only and at any given time are booked 1-3 months in advance.  To insure the date and time you desire, please book your appointment early.

Please allow 48 or more hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable if you arrive late for scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Microblading deposit. All Microblading deposits are non-refundable. 

No Guests Please

Due to the nature of our detailed services, Christina kindly requests that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

Microblading Deposits 

A $60 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due at the time of booking to ensure you are serious and committed to the appointment. The $60 deposit will then pay for your touch up 8-12 weeks after the initial appt.

Microblading Balance 

Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion. This secures your touch-up session 8-12 weeks following your initial service.

Microblading Touch-ups

Your first tocuh-up session is complimentary. This can be scheduled no sooner than 8 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. This touch-up session is crucial for the best results.  Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.

Waitlist

Christina very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, and therefore she does not provide any waitlist options at this time.

Existing Brow Tattoos

Christina is extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists’ work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, she request that you email her clear photos of your brows for approval to christina@lovebeautifulskin.com BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

Important For All Microblading Clients

Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions are crucial! Pre-Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
